Senior Administrator, Financial Systems & Automation (NetSuite)

Administer and optimise NetSuite and connected finance systems, maintaining data accuracy, controls, and reliable system performance.

Manage Finance Applications requests through Jira/Jira Service Management, including triage, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, and SLA tracking.

Configure NetSuite workflows, approvals, roles and permissions, saved searches, reports, and forms.

Lead requirements gathering, testing, release coordination, documentation, and implementation for financial-systems projects.

Investigate integration issues, data mismatches, and recurring process problems, partnering with Finance, IT, Engineering, and vendors on durable solutions.

Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency.

5+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, finance technology, or a related field.

Strong hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience.

Experience managing an internal service queue or ticketing process against defined SLAs.

Experience with Jira or Jira Service Management for tracking requests, issues, workflows, and reporting.

Experience with system testing, release management, change control, production validation, and documentation.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project-management, and stakeholder-communication skills.

Experience with connected finance platforms such as Coupa, Planful, ADP, Salesforce, Celigo, or banking systems is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
