Role & responsibilities
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience
- Manage travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, visa, and itinerary coordination.
- Oversee facility operations, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office upkeep.
- Handle vendor management, contract renewals, service coordination, and invoice processing.
- Manage office administration activities, including stationery, pantry, courier, and asset management.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and visitor management.
- Prepare MIS reports, maintain administrative records, and support budget tracking.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations and compliance with company policies.
