About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operation of the office.
- Oversee housekeeping management, including cleanliness and maintenance of facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, petty cash, and other financial transactions.
Job Requirements :
- 5–7 years of experience in Administration Management, with a strong background in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong skills in administration management, housekeeping management, site administration, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and perform basic accounting duties (petty cash management).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
