Complaint Mgmt for Admin & Infra services

AMC of Engg asset mgmt., like AC, CCTV, FAS, NCM, FE, oven, fridge, etc.

AMC vendor performance mgmt.

Repair and maintenance in coordinating with vendors for BOQ, material supply etc.

Rate contract renewal in coordination with procurement and partners.

Centralized OPEX PO indent for admin related services.

Timely clearance of invoices and release of PO

Internal and external audit mgmt. related to admin and infra
