Job Description:
1.Manage end to end training consulting and project operations
2.Coordinate with clients, trainers, consultants and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
3.Build and manage key client relationships and training schedules , proposals, and operational documentations.
4.Track project progress, KPI's, MIS reports ,invoices and customer satisfaction.
5.Develop and improve SOP's, Operational processes, and business efficiency initiatives.
6.Support operational administration compliance, travel coordination and management review activities.
