As a Senior Accounts Receivable Executive, you will play a vital role in optimizing our accounts receivable operations and driving financial success. • 1+ year of experience in a voice-based process, preferably in a similar role, is preferred.
• Any undergraduate or graduate degree is acceptable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and insurance carriers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software tools for efficient task management.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Ability to work in shifts, including late nights and early mornings, as per business needs.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset for tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional work and contributing to team success.

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
• Document and manage denial cases, taking proactive steps for resolution.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and accounts receivable reports to ensure timely payments.
• Work on diverse voice-based processes as per client needs, including insurance follow-ups, patient calling, and provider outreach.
• Maintain individual daily logs and ensure compliance with Medusinds policies and client SLAs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and provide mutual support.
• Escalate communication issues or concerns to seniors promptly, ensuring seamless operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.
