Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Role & responsibilities:-

Job Location - Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift Timing - Night shift 6:30 pm to 3:30 am

Immediate joiner preferred

Cab Facility - Yes

Job Summary:

A candidate should be proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in payment application, invoicing, and aging follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent Excel knowledge, and effective communication abilities to manage AR processes accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts.
• Generate and send invoices in a timely manner to clients.
• Perform regular aging analysis and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain and update customer account records in the accounting system.
• Assist in monthly closing and reporting related to AR.
• Support audit and compliance requirements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, specifically in:
• Cash Payment application
• Invoicing
• Aging follow-ups
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
