We have an urgent Requirement for the role of accountant in our company.

Designation: Sr, Accounts Officer.

Experience: 8-15 Years

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com./M.B.A.(Fin), MFM / PGDM

Location: Bengaluru

1. Project and ERP Management: Create project records in ERP, upload BOQs, prepare execution cost workings for approval, and manage WIP, contractor liabilities, quarterly BCC/PFS workings, ETM variance, procurement, and invoice accounting.

2. Sub-Contractor Bill Accounting: Verify, monitor, and account for sub-contractor bills across projects in ERP, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

3. Invoice Audit and PF Compliance: Verify and scan sub-contractor and service invoices, compile supporting documents for HO Internal Audit, and ensure compliance with applicable PF requirements.

4. GST Compliance: Handle GST notices, reconcile GST records for IHP Yelahanka and IHP Hospet, coordinate documentation for GST authorities, and monitor vendor GST payments to safeguard input tax credit.

5. IT Assessment Support: Compile, scan, and submit vouchers and invoices for the entire assessment year as required by the IT Department.

6. Statutory Audit Support: Prepare and submit the required documentation and records for statutory audits within HO-prescribed deadlines.
