Senior Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting, sales, purchases, expenses and payments.
• Reconcile POS, cash, card, UPI and online delivery platform settlements.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivables and vendor ledgers.
• Verify purchase invoices, GRNs and vendor bills.
• Monitor inventory, food & beverage costs and wastage.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits.
• Identify discrepancies, leakages and financial control gaps.
• Manage and supervise the Accounts team.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Purchase, Stores and Management.

Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
• 58 years of relevant experience; restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, POS and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, communication and team-management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
