Senior Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly targets.
• Execute all assigned tasks and fulfill reporting requirements, including Daily
• Activity Reports, Market Intelligence Reports, and Competition Tracking Reports.
• Ensure timely collection and deposit of payments in line with company policies.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and ad deployment.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, renewals, and ongoing engagements.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences.

Key Skills

• Experience in digital ad sales with exposure to Newspapers, Radio, T.V, Social Media Platforms
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
