- Manage day-to-day accounting, including AP, AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle financial closing, reporting, MIS, and management accounts.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, banking, and financial planning.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.
- Ensure effective use of Tally/ERP systems and improve financial processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
