Senior Accounts Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Consistently exceed monthly targets through effective planning and execution.
• Execute daily activity reports, market intelligence reports, and competition tracking reports.
• Ensure timely payment collection and deposit in line with company policies.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams for client onboarding and ad deployment.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, renewals, and ongoing engagements.
• Promptly address and resolve customer complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in digital ad sales across various platforms, including Newspapers, Radio, TV, and Social Media Platforms.
• Possess excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.
