Senior Accounts & Finance Executive

The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance and accounts functions, ensuring statutory compliance, MIS preparation, budgeting. The role requires strong technical knowledge in accounting, taxation, and SAP-based reporting, along with analytical and leadership skills.

Role & responsibilities

• GST compliance including monthly/quarterly returns, reconciliations, and advisory support
• Income Tax compliance including advance tax, TDS/TCS, return filing support, and assessments
• Finalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards
• Preparation and analysis of MIS reports
• Budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost monitoring
• Cash flow planning, forecasting, and working capital management.
• Transfer pricing documentation and compliance support
• Coordination with auditors (internal, statutory, GST, and tax audits)
• Review of general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Desired profile:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and accounting standards
• Hands-on experience in SAP and advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards, MIS reporting)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic business environment
• High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills.
