Senior Accounts & Finance Executive

Location: Hauz Khas, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 100–150 clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting, taxation, and compliance services.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 3–4 junior accountants/article assistants, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping and monthly financial close processes using Tally and Zoho Books.
• Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, reconciliations, handling notices, and responding to departmental queries.
• Handle TDS compliance, including return filings (24Q, 26Q), challan reconciliation, TRACES corrections, and issuance of Form 16 and Form 16A.
• Prepare and review Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for companies, LLPs, and individual founders.
• Review and approve all accounting and compliance work prepared by junior team members before submission.
• Plan, allocate, monitor, and ensure timely completion of the monthly compliance calendar, maintaining zero missed statutory deadlines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely support and guidance on accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to resolve compliance-related matters efficiently.

Key Skills:

• CA Dropout, CA Inter / CA / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• 3–5 years in a CA firm, compliance practice or outsourced accounting environment
• Demonstrated experience managing a multi-client portfolio — please state the number of clients handled
• Prior experience supervising juniors or article assistants
• Strong working command of GST and TDS law, beyond portal operation
• Comfort with structured, deadline-driven, paperless workflows
