Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Hyderabad, Kattedan IDA.

About the Company
Hydromechanic Transmission India Private Limited is a leading supplier of hydraulic equipment, pumps, valves, and heavy lifting solutions, representing globally recognized brands including Bosch Rexroth, Enerpac, Hyngstn, and Hydac.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, debtors, and creditors.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Generate invoices and follow up on customer collections.
- Process vendor payments and maintain vendor records.
- Assist in monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks.
- Maintain inventory and accounting records accurately.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience in Tally Prime and Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CA Firm /Audit firm/Manufacturing Companies
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and project-based accounting.
- Familiarity with Government project billing and tender-related documentation will be an added advantage.
