Senior Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

Accounting Operation
Daily data entry of bank transactions, BRS, expenses, vendor payments, petty cash, 
CRM entries, and receipt generation.
Day to day banking operations including new account opening process and coordination with bankers.
Preparation of rent bills, invoices, and outstanding rent MIS.
Coordination with tenants for rent collection, outstanding followups, and renewal 
of agreements.
Compliance & Taxation
GST payment working and GST return preparation (including 2B reconciliation). 
TDS payment working, return filing, and payment processing through bank.
RERA return data preparation. 
Advance tax working (basic). 
Preparation of professional tax payment and challans for employees. 
26AS reconciliation. 
Financial Reporting
Books finalization including depreciation, prepaid expenses, provisions, and interest 
workings and accounting entry. 
Preparation of MIS reports for rent, expenses, other financial activities and any other 
reports as per the requirements of HOD 
Support in Income tax & GST assessment data preparation. 
Audit & Documentation
Assisting and co-ordination with auditor for their queries and providing required data. 
Filing and maintaining accounting documents systematically. 
Preparation of invoices for unallocated expenses (e.g., exhibitions, shows). 

Skills & Competencies:
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. 
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Real Estate ERP, Genius Software) and 
MS Excel. 
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple entities simultaneously. 
• Good communication and coordination skills for tenant and auditor interactions. 
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately.
