Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with practical knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software, GST, TDS, Balance Sheet preparation, and statutory returns. The candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records and timely compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in BUSY Accounting Software.
• Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and bank entries.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and other financial reports.
• Handle GST calculations, reconciliations, and GST return filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Calculate TDS, maintain TDS records, and assist with TDS return filing.
• Prepare and file applicable statutory returns within the prescribed deadlines.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, GST, and TDS regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Practical working knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of GST and GST return filing.
• Knowledge of TDS calculation and return filing.
• Understanding of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Trial Balance.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Good analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage accounts independently and meet deadlines.
