Senior Accounts Executive

Dear Candidate,

We are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our company.

Location: Nariman Point, Churchgate

Experience: 6 to 12Years

Qualification: B.Com or equivalent

CTC: upto 5.5LPA

Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturdays off

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and entries in Tally Prime.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
• Manage bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Handle GST and TDS returns and related compliance.
• Assist in finalization of accounts in coordination with the CA.
• Manage taxation and accounting for multi-state trading operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and taxation.
• Experience in banking transactions and reconciliations.
• Experience in commodity trading or a CA firm will be an added advantage.
