Senior Accounts Executive
Futurense Technologies Finance & Accounts Delhi / Noida
Experience: 4 - 7 Years Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, CA-Inter Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance &
Accounts team. The ideal candidate will manage accounting operations, statutory compliance,
financial transactions, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
- Record purchase/sales invoices, vouchers and journal entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process vendor payments and customer collections.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare GST and TDS workings and support statutory compliance.
- Assist monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Support reporting and process improvement initiatives.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- B.Com, M.Com, CA-Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 4-7 years of Finance & Accounts experience.
- Zoho Books or similar ERP.
- GST, TDS and accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Analytical, communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and team collaboration.
BONUS POINTS
- Month-end/year-end closing experience.
- Audit coordination exposure.
- Statutory compliance knowledge.
