Akova Fintech Solutions Private Limited is a fast-growing fintech company. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• File GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & GSTR-9).
• Handle TDS calculation, payment, reconciliation, and return filing.
• Perform GST ITC and Bank Reconciliation.
• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
• Process invoices, billing, journal entries, and ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare MIS reports and assist in month-end/year-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Must have experience handling the accounts of organizations with an annual turnover of 2050 Crores.
• 25 years of experience as an Accounts Executive/Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience in GST Return Filing and TDS Compliance.
• Experience in Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny, and Financial Reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in FinTech or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance.
