About this role
Role & responsibilities
1. Cash handling and recoding in SAP.
2. Bank payment and collection entries and checking.
3. Bank Reconciliation statement preparation
4. Supplier bill verification, booking and payment,
5. Supplier Ledger verification, reconciliation and Coordination with Supplier. GSTR 2B
Checking.
6. All Customer Invoicing & Collection follow up and coordination with Customer
7. Fixed Asset management with quarterly Asset verification.
8. Effective cost monitoring and control
9. All MIS like Sales Report, Collection Report, DSO , Outstanding report generation
10. Monthly and Half yearly Budget preparation,
11. Audit- Ledger Verification, reconciliation, preparation and handling Internal Audit and
Coordination with Auditor.
12. Monthly GST report generation, verification with Customer invoice and supplier invoice,
and coordination with HO for GST return filing.GST in depth knowledge and application.
13. Proper knowledge and application of TDS. Accurate booking of TDS.
14. Knowledge and application of PF and ESI for Salary processing.
15. Co-Ordination with Branch Manager, Lab staff & Operation Staff,
