Senior Accounts Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the showroom accounts function.

- Handle day-to-day showroom accounting, billing, cash handling, and documentation.

- Maintain accurate financial records and support daily accounting operations.

- Manage accounting activities using Tally Prime, including GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and other financial reports.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth showroom operations.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and statutory regulations.

- Assist customers visiting the showroom and support sales conversions whenever required.

- Attend to customers when sales executives are occupied. Sales involvement is mandatory.

- Contribute towards achieving overall showroom business objectives and delivering excellent customer service.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Personal Attributes: Professional and presentable personality; Customer-friendly approach; Strong numerical and analytical abilities; Excellent coordination and communication skills; Ability to work independently and in a team. Age Preference: Below 32 years preferred.

WORKING HOURS

Showroom Timing: 10:30 AM 8:30 PM Employees may be required to remain available beyond showroom hours when attending customers.

WEEKLY OFF

One weekly off between Monday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday are mandatory business days due to peak customer footfall.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Employees may be required to work on most public holidays.
