Skills Required :

• Knowledge of GST, TDS
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, labour compliance, challan processing, and statutory filings.
• Experience in Construction Accounting
• Vendor & Subcontractor Bill Processing
• Invoice Verification & Payment Follow-up
• Petty Cash & Site Expense Handling
• Bank Reconciliation
• Billing & MIS Reporting
• Proficiency in Tally ERP & MS Excel
• Coordination with Site & Procurement Teams
• Knowledge of BOQ, Work Orders & Purchase Entries
• Good Communication & Documentation Skills
• Ability to Handle Multiple Site Accounts

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
• Process vendor, subcontractor, and labour payments
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries in Tally ERP
• Prepare GST, TDS, PF & ESI records and compliance documents
• Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management
• Support payroll processing and statutory filings
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain accounting records
• Coordinate with site, HR, and procurement departments
• Verify invoices, work orders, and supporting documents
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting documentation
