The platform combines real-time IoT monitoring, digital twin modeling, and predictive maintenance, serving e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, and retail clients including several Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Zoho Books.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, invoicing and vendor/customer reconciliations.
• Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash and employee expenses/reimbursements.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Manage payroll-related accounting.
• Prepare monthly closing, P&L, Balance Sheet schedules and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
• Manage fixed asset and inventory accounting.
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Build, document and improve accounting processes, controls and systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records and reporting.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Strong accounting and statutory compliance knowledge.
• Experience with Zoho Books and working knowledge of Excel.
• Strong understanding of expense reporting and reconciliations.
• Ability to independently take ownership and build accounting processes from the ground up.
