About this role
Role & responsibilities * Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
* Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries.
* Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and other accounting documents.
* Reconcile bank statements, ledgers and vendor/customer accounts.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding outstanding payments and invoices.
* Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related work.
* Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
* Prepare MIS reports and other accounts-related reports as required.
* Coordinate with auditors, consultants and management when required.
* Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
* Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA in Finance or equivalent
Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
Age: 30-45 years
Gender: Any
