Senior Accounts Executive

1. Ensure accurate and timely Acccounting entries, Book keeping and actions on Zoho .

2. Ensure accurate timely generation of Customer invoices

3. Ensure accuracy and on time processing of Payments, Branch expenses Employee travel/advance /tour.

4 .Timely Follow up for Payments/Accounts Receivables.

5. Communicate with Auditors for Taxation, Returns, GST, etc.

6. Maintain accurate Stock related information and stock statement

7. Timely payment for Import Purchases.

8. Generate Accounts Receivable Ageing Reports and other Reports for Management wrt Payments, Stocks, Expenses, etc.
