Senior Accounts Executive (International Accounting)

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain general ledger entries and supporting documentation.
• Assist with GST/BAS-related work and other Australian tax compliance tasks, as applicable to the role.
• Coordinate with the internal team and clients to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
• Role & responsibilities

• B.Com, M.Com or a relevant accounting qualification.
• 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience with Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
