Job Summary

The ideal candidate should possess Basic finance operations, financial reporting, working capital management, and project finance in a multi-project environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage Basic accounting operations.

2. Perform Bank Reconciliation and ledger reconciliations.

3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards

4. Manage vendor payments and customer receivables.

5. Verify invoices, purchase bills, subcontractor bills, and payment processing.

6. Maintain ageing reports and payment schedules.

7. Handle reconciliation of customer receipts and statutory deductions.

8. Liaise with Bank.

9. Ensure timely Submission of Banking data.

10. Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.

11. Monitor project budgets and expenditure.

12. Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting.

13. Manage banking relationships.

14. Handle fund-based and non-fund-based banking facilities.

15. Coordinate banking documentation.

16. Monitor working capital and liquidity.
