About the Role

We are seeking experienced accounting professionals with strong expertise in general accounting, invoice processing, bill passing, reconciliations, and month-end closure activities. Candidates with prior experience in the Renewable Energy, Power, or Infrastructure sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and perform bill passing activities.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Post journal entries and conduct ledger scrutiny.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related accounting tasks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for documentation and approvals.
• Prepare MIS reports and support audit requirements.
• Ensure timely accounting of expenses and vendor payments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA with 3-5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience in invoice processing, reconciliations, and accounting operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior exposure to Renewable Energy, Power, or Infrastructure sectors will be an added advantage.
