Senior Accounting Specialist (Management Accountant/R2R)

Job Summary Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
• Perform monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Conduct monthly analytical reviews for CFO review.
• Perform billing analysis and support ARR reporting.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting exercise.
• Maintain cost trackers and monitor actuals against budget.
• Analyse PL and Balance Sheet movements and provide variance commentary.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with clients and internal finance teams on accounting and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 58 years of experience in Management Accounting / R2R / Client Accounting.
• Strong experience in management accounts and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Good understanding of PL, month-end close, variance analysis, and budgeting.
• Experience in billing and ARR / revenue reporting.
• Hands-on Xero experience is mandatory.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ireland client experience is preferred.
• Exposure to UK / Ireland accounting practices is an advantage.
