Senior Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the hospital
  
• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  
• Monitor hospital billing, TPA reconciliation & insurance claims
  
• Prepare monthly MIS reports & financial statements
  
• Ensure timely GST, TDS & statutory compliances
  
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow
  
• Coordinate with auditors for internal & external audits
  
• Supervise junior accounts staff
  
• Maintain vendor payments & ledger scrutiny
  
• Cost analysis and budget monitoring
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of hospital accounting processes
  
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems
  
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills
  
• Understanding of taxation and compliance
  
• Attention to detail & accuracy
  
• Strong coordination and communication skills
