Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Accountant with 35 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, to manage daily
accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, and cost control at our location in Moshi, Pune.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
¢ Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and outstanding balances.
¢ Perform bank, cash, credit card, and ledger reconciliations.
¢ Monitor daily revenue, operating expenses, and departmental costs.
¢ Reconcile sales and collections from hotel, restaurant, banquet, and other hospitality operations.
¢ Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
¢ Maintain purchase invoices, expense vouchers, and financial records.
¢ Assist in budgeting, cost control, month-end closing, and financial analysis.
¢ Coordinate with management, vendors, auditors, and internal departments.
Candidate Requirements
¢ B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
¢ 35 years of relevant accounting experience.
¢ Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or resort industry experience preferred.
¢ Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
¢ Proficiency in Tally Prime / accounting ERP and MS Excel.
¢ Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
¢ Ability to independently manage accounting activities.
Salary & Benefits
¢ Salary:  30,000 40,000 per month, depending on experience.
¢ Hostel accommodation provided.
