Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. This role will prepare and review financial statements, manage statutory compliance and taxation, and support audits by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Accountant will monitor budgets, analyze variances, and provide financial insights to support management decision-making. The role also involves improving accounting processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant accounting standards.

Qualifications
- Strong accounting and finance skills, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Experience with taxation, statutory compliance, and coordination with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with solid MS Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret financial data for decision support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior or lead accounting role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage multiple priorities, and uphold high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
