Our head office is located in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, and our production plant is situated in the Mandaldah Industrial Area, near Chittorgarh. Our export house is based in Mundra, Gujarat.

Job Overview

We are looking for an Senior Accountant to manage financial records, compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations at our Chittorgarh location. The candidate should also have knowledge of export processes, handle export documentation, and coordinate with the CHA (Customs House Agent).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries
• Handle export documentation and coordinate with the CHA
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare GST returns and ensure statutory compliance
• Handle TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation
• Maintain ledger, balance sheets, and financial reports
• Coordinate with auditors and management
• Monitor cash flow and expense tracking
• Manage stocks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Min 10 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Visit production sites regularly to check stocks
