Senior Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Preferred skills,(US GAAP ,Power BI, General Accounting Reconciliation Experience with process Automations).
• Reconcile, research and resolve complex general ledger accounts to minimize risk and protect company assets as well as document the findings for management
• Creating and recording complex journal entries in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and with respective supporting documentation with an understanding of the financial statement impact
• Perform comprehensive research and analysis; ability to present and explain results
• Assists in the development, implementation and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Establishes Best Practices and formulate solutions as it relates to creating efficiencies and automations.
• Special projects and ad-hoc reporting as required

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate or higher level.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, detail-orientated and the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to communicate effectively (written and oral).
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to establish productive relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to exercise judgment, handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent problem-solving skills.
