Senior Accountant

* Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.

* Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely GST compliance.

* Handle TDS calculation, deductions, returns, and reconciliation.

* Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.

* Manage accounts payable and receivable.

* Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.

* Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.

* Assist with audits and provide required financial documents.

* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.

* Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and external parties.

* Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
