Senior Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and general accounting
• Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filing of returns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare GST reconciliations and support tax audits.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts in coordination with department heads.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Practical experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
