Senior Accountant

A reputed builder and real estate company is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant.

Senior Accountant is a key functional expert in the organization and is responsible for all finance and accounting activities.

Requirements:

* Qualification: MBA Finance / MCom /B Com

* Male candidate preferred

* Vacancy-1

* Location-Republic Maldives

* 4-5 years' experience in similar role (preferably in a construction based industry)

* Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g., AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.
• Handle statutory, internal audits and taxation related matters.
• Preparation of Payrolls, supplier payments etc..
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly MIS, payments, cash-flow etc.
• Review & approval payment vouchers & journal entries
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Support Group Finance Controller in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
