Senior Accountant

Role & responsibilities :

Handle complete accounting operations, including accounts payable & receivable.

Prepare RA bills, final bills, variation bills & measurement sheets based on BOQ and project drawings.

Manage client billing, payment follow-ups and outstanding receivables.

Handle vendor and subcontractor payments, ledger reconciliation & invoice verification.

Manage banking activities, bank reconciliation and cash-flow planning.

Process monthly payroll, salaries, advances and deductions.

Ensure GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.

Prepare monthly MIS, project-wise profitability reports, WIP and financial statements.

Coordinate with site teams, clients, vendors and management for smooth financial operations.

Preferred candidate profile : B.Com/M.Com:CA Inter/ICWA/MBA Finance preferred.

8-12 years of relevant accounting experience.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, construction or contracting industry.

Strong hands-on experience in RA billing, BOQ, measurement sheets ad project accounting.

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in Tally/ERP/SAP/Zoho books and advanced Excel.

Ability to independently manage the complete accounting function.

Ideal Candidate : Someone who can take complete ownership of the company's accounting operations, from project billing and collections to vendor payments, compliance and financial reporting.
