Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, and compliance while ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, outstanding payments, and collections.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and financial information.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting and financial requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
