Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting

activities, maintain accurate financial records, support statutory compliances, and assist

the management in financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate should have

strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, reconciliations, and payroll-related

accounting.

KEY RESPONSIBITIES:

• Maintain daily accounting records and transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation and check bank transactions.
• Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
• Check and process employee expenses, advances, and reimbursements.
• Track customer outstanding payments and vendor dues.
• Assist in payroll and salary-related accounting.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain proper financial documents and records.
• Identify and correct accounting errors and discrepancies.
• Review the work of junior accounting staff.
• Support management with financial information and reports.
• Ensure all accounting work is completed accurately and on time.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, PT, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software such as Tally

or ERP systems.

• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
