Senior Accountant

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
• • Handle accounts payable and receivable
• • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
• • Manage GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances (India)
• • Handle payroll processing and employee salary management
• • Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
• • Coordinate with auditors and support during audits
• • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Requirements:

• • Proven experience as an Accountant (preferably in construction / interior / MEP / fit-out industry)
• • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
• • Experience in payroll management as per Indian standards
• • Proficiency in Tally
• • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong English communication skills
