Senior Accountant

Finance Manager to oversee and optimize our financial workflows.

Reporting- Head of Business & Operations- India

Location Khed Shivpur Pune

Preferably from CA/Accounting firms

Key Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on role that, requiring strong analytical thinking, accountability, follow up and

completion.

Finance & Accounting

• Record and manage all incoming invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Oversee collections and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments
• Manage payments to suppliers in accordance with company policy
• Prepare and deliver a comprehensive monthly financial report for management
• Costing, purchasing of inventory records to be maintained
• Payrolling support
• Admin HR coordination

Exposure

• Proven experience in finance, accounting, ideally in a dynamic or growth-focused

environment

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with inventory and supply chain management
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• BBA, MBA, B Com, M Com - Accounting, or related field
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of cross-functional processes
