Senior Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain and manage accounts using Tally.
• Prepare and finalize accounts.
• Prepare Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements.
• Handle Income Tax Return (ITR) filing and related compliance.
• Handle GST/GSTR filing and ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Review accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support financial reporting and other accounting-related requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/auditors, as required.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally.
• Good knowledge of finalization of accounts.
• Experience in preparing Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Accounts.
• Good understanding of ITR and GST/GSTR filing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to independently manage accounting and statutory compliance activities.
