Senior Accountant - Tally | India & Nigeria Business

• We are looking for an experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting for our India & Nigeria businesses from our Borivali office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete accounting in Tally Prime, including Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, Contra & Journal entries.
• Maintain ledgers, books of accounts, Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Handle Bank Reco, customer/vendor reco and outstanding follow-up.
• Handle GST accounting, Export GST & E-way Bills - knowledge is mandatory.
• Coordinate with CA/auditors for GST, TDS and finalisation-related matters.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Handle accounting transactions relating to India & Nigeria businesses.
• Prepare MIS and reports as required by management.
• Use AI tools effectively for accounting, data analysis, reporting and productivity - AI skills are mandatory.

Candidate Requirements : -

• 5-10 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime & MS Excel.
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong accounting fundamentals.
• Mandatory: GST, Export GST & E-way Bill knowledge.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience handling international/import-export transactions will be an advantage.
