Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant (Inter CA) to manage and oversee the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial reporting, compliance, and the ability to work closely with leadership for strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings
• Handle audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
• Support financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making
• Manage payroll accounting and ensure timely salary processing
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Assist in improving financial processes and implementing controls

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Intermediate CA (IPCC cleared) – Mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
