We have an opportunity in ACG Value Links for Senior Accountant who is responsible for end to-end financial accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting processes. The role ensures accuracy in financial data, compliance with regulatory requirements and timely reporting to support business decisions.

Role & responsibilities

Budgeting & Reporting:

• Preparation of annual budget for the financial year
• Monitoring budget vs actuals and highlighting variances
• Monthly MIS reporting including Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement.

Audit, Tax & Compliance:

• Preparation of Annual Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• Coordinate and manage statutory audits and tax audits

• Provide data & support for file GST returns, Audits & assessments to • Corp GST Team

• Quarterly advance tax working & assist in tax assessments

• Handling Professional Tax returns and payments

• Secretarial compliance including filing of Form 8 & Form 11

Accounting & Banking:

• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Invoice processing in SAP
• Verification and submission of bills to Shared Service Centre ensuring correctness of GL codes, cost centres etc
• Verification of employee travel expenses as per company policy
• Monitoring receivables and debtor balances
• Coordinate with SSC team for Vendor invoice processing & payments. • SAP transactions including Bank charges & Fixed deposits entry postings
• Liaise with banks for all documentations, approvals & payments
