Senior Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic US Staffing Account Manager - Hyderabad (On-Site) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing Implementation Clients
• Develop new business opportunities and generate revenue through strategic client engagement
• Handling accounts, particularly with Implementation Partners / SI Clients
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor management groups
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new staffing opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in the US Staffing industry
• Strong network and relationships with Implementation Partners and SI Clients
• Demonstrated success in business development and account expansion
• Strong understanding of US IT Staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to consistently generate requirements and drive placements
