Designation: Senior Account Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8 - 10 years
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive or Lead who can handle accounting functions independently with minimal supervision. This candidate will be a part of the Finance and Accounts team, working directly with the Manager - Accounts and Senior Director. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, commercially aware, and capable of managing assigned finance functions.
Job Profile:
- Bank Reconciliations including cash management and managing banking relationships.
- Knowledge of Transfer Pricing issues and management.
- Manage direct and in-direct taxation, including GST Compliance.
- Finalization of accounts and project finance.
- Experience in dealing with government departments, specifically Income tax, GST, and Profession Tax.
- Planning and Forecasting: Preparation of annual forecast (actual + projections) monthly.
- Annual Budgeting: Goal setting, investment planning, key initiatives, and preparation of P&L.
- Salary and Payroll processing activities including statutory payouts like PF, P-Tax, ESIC, etc.
- Sales Invoices and Receivables Accounting and publishing relevant MIS for collections.
- Track all kinds of expenses, payments to vendors, and employee travel reimbursement.
- Work with statutory and tax auditors for year-end finalizations.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in using Tally or QuickBooks.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in accounting and finalization of accounts.
- Good knowledge of GST and direct taxation.
Educational Qualification:
- Master's degree in commerce
- Management qualification desirable.
