Role Overview :

This role is for experienced PR professionals who are passionate about driving impactful communication strategies, managing client relationships, and delivering outstanding media results.

At Bold & Beyond, youll take ownership of key client accounts, lead day-to-day PR activities, build strong media relationships, and execute strategic communication campaigns across diverse industries. You will collaborate with internal teams, mentor junior team members, and ensure every campaign is delivered with creativity, precision, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management

Manage day-to-day communication for assigned client accounts while ensuring exceptional client servicing

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and communication goals

Lead client meetings, provide campaign updates, and ensure timely execution of deliverables

Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and add strategic value

Public Relations Strategy

Support the development and execution of PR strategies aligned with client objectives

Develop communication plans for product launches, brand campaigns, corporate announcements, and thought leadership initiatives

Research industry trends and identify proactive media opportunities for clients

Work closely with Account Managers to deliver integrated communication solutions

Media Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media professionals

Develop and distribute press releases, media pitches, feature stories, and other communication materials

Secure quality media coverage across print, digital, television, radio, and trade publications

Coordinate interviews, media interactions, and press opportunities for clients

Campaign Execution

Lead the execution of PR campaigns, media events, press conferences, and brand activations

Coordinate with creative, social media, digital, and influencer marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

Monitor campaign progress and ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines

Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and industry trends

Reporting & Media Monitoring

Monitor daily media coverage across print, digital, broadcast, and online platforms

Prepare campaign performance reports with meaningful insights and recommendations

Track KPIs including media coverage, share of voice, campaign reach, and brand visibility

Present campaign updates and performance summaries during client meetings

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

Support and mentor Junior Account Executives and Account Executives in their day-to-day responsibilities

Review communication materials before client or media distribution

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality across all client deliverables

Contribute ideas that enhance campaign effectiveness and agency processes

Must-Have Skills

3-5 years of experience in Public Relations with agency experience preferred

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals

Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

Strong understanding of media relations, corporate communications, and PR campaign execution

Ability to write high-quality press releases, media pitches, and communication materials

Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
